Kenneth Bonilla Soto — Founding Architect of ACOIS
I am an architect and entrepreneur, graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
I founded ACOIS with the vision of creating spaces that transcend functionality and become true life experiences. My career has been shaped by the design and direction of luxury residential projects, where each home is conceived as a unique masterpiece: a fusion of contemporary aesthetics, exclusive comfort, and architectural storytelling. I believe architecture is a language capable of expressing identity, sophistication, and belonging.
ACOIS embodies this philosophy: a studio that integrates design, branding, and creative culture to shape projects that inspire and elevate quality of life. My purpose is for every work to stand as a reference of innovation and authenticity, positioning architecture as a platform for luxury and creativity.
Rebe Vargas | Interior Design
Rebe Vargas approaches design as a discipline that extends beyond aesthetics to create spaces with identity, longevity, and meaning. A creative by nature and an interior designer by profession, she crafts environments where sensitivity, materiality, and meticulous attention to detail come together to create memorable experiences.
Her practice spans residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, with a focus on high-end developments where every decision is guided by the balance between functionality, narrative, and refined sophistication. Each project is conceived with a timeless perspective, valuing authenticity over trends and recognizing that true luxury lies in the quality of the experience.
Driven by a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, local artistry, and the honesty of natural materials, Rebe thoughtfully curates every element, honoring its origin, texture, and inherent character. Stone, wood, natural fibers, and handcrafted pieces come together in a quiet dialogue, creating interiors that are both distinctive and deeply connected to their context.
Her creative process begins by listening—interpreting each client’s vision and translating it into spaces that feel deeply personal and uniquely their own. The result is a collection of serene, refined interiors where every detail is intentional, and where beauty emerges through the harmonious relationship between architecture, materials, light, and the way people live within a space.
More than designing interiors, Rebe creates environments that endure, evoke emotion, and tell authentic stories through thoughtful design.
